Your bedtime is a sacred time to reset and recharge. We all deserve to be able to sleep deeply to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for whatever the day throws at us. This is what Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Lili, has been teaching her clients since 2018.

After noticing a profound impact on the client’s improvements when regularly repeating positive actions or habits daily she decided to launch LSW Mind Cards. Lili collated 45 of her favourite habits, tools and techniques into a pack of cards. This system makes it easy to select a different card each day and take the action stated on the card. The basis of the cards is that small actions and habits slowly integrated into normal life is a great way to achieve bigger and grander goals in the long run.

The cards are spread across several different categories, there are 5 in total. Lili thought it was important not to solely focus on gratitude or rituals or random acts of kindness but to merge several useful and effective ideas to make the most beneficial and varied toolbox of techniques possible.
